They have plenty of parking and even have 3- 15 min parking spots right in front. Convenient if my hands are full!”

“I went in a week ago and it was beyond busy. I overheard salty language, noticed a mountain of boxes waiting for UPS to pick up, a growing line and not enough help. There was one woman standing behind the register, not doing anything. Perhaps she was a trainee? The one woman that was working was doing a fantastic job, quickly juggling multiple transactions, working the computer, the phone, etc. - which was extra amazing considering she had one arm in a sling.
Thought somebody should know.”
“Becky at this Woburn store was so helpful. I had a box of Verizon equipment to return following their instructions to just "bring to any UPS store". Becky helped me understand the additional information needed and I was able to easily find it on another piece of paper in the box (hint: the "MA" number). With that number she took care of it all. Done. Easy.
Why is this so special? Because three days earlier, I took same box to UPS in Arlington Heights. They made me leave. "what were they supposed to do?". Told me to call Verizon. They were supposed to be like Becky in Woburn.”
“I like this place, including the hours they have. I ship and pick up boxes all the time for the past 6 years and never had a problem. If you are going to send something make sure you check your address and make sure its correct. If you give the company the wrong info, don't be shocked that the package was sent somewhere else. Make sure you read up on their policy when picking up a package. Go ahead and ask questions so you are all clear when picking up. Customers should be accountable when they make a mistake. it's common sense.”
“I was confused about my returns, and ended up causing quite a hassle with my mistakes, but the employees were SUPER helpful and very gracious about it! Definitely five stars!”
“The employees at this UPS are truly the epitome of above and beyond. There was a line due to the Amazon kiosk being down, and the employees stayed calm while trying to additionally assist myself and others waiting for the kiosk. I quickly learned about the nuisances and complications of shipping a package to Canada, which is international, and the amount of in-head knowledge this job requires. The employees were so patient and reasonable with the customers, who were frustrated at not understanding cost, etc. Both customers by the end were happy and delighted by the help and resolution they got from the employees.
Normally, you'd probably think - why write a review for a UPS? But the service from the employees was so 'above and beyond' that it needed to be recognized.”

One employee even rushed over to open the door for me when I was carrying a heavy box. I'll definitely be a regular customer!”
“I visited on 4/2 because I needed to empty out my daughter’s storage unit and ship a few things we were keeping back to Miami. The gentleman working there—he might’ve gone by “Mo,” though I’m not certain—was absolutely incredible. His customer service was exceptional. He helped me unpack the suitcases and reassured me not to worry, that he would take care of packing everything himself.
It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced that level of compassion and service—especially at a UPS Store. You could tell he was just a genuinely kind and caring person. The young woman at the front, whose name I didn’t catch, was also warm, helpful, and had a lovely smile. She was about to help me, but he kindly told her, “Don’t worry, I’ll pack it—you can help the next customer.”
Bless them both for turning a stressful situation into a surprisingly wonderful one.”

“I had the pleasure of watching the UPS Staff Member, James, in action this afternoon as he juggled the needs of multiple customers at once. James is a model of professionalism, demonstrates impeccable customer service, is extremely efficient and beyond courteous. He was able to attend to three or four customers at the same time with ease. For my own package drop off, he explained that with my return I could only use one label although the company sent me two bags to use. James quickly solved my issue my reusing a box that another customer did not use and had left behind. He came up with this solution in an instant! It was a delight to watch James in action and a number of customers were commenting on their pleasant interactions with James. Thanks again, James!”

“Shaundell at this UPS Store saved me SO much hassle and time!
I had a few heavy packages to ship out. I came into the store before they closed. Shawndell patiently but very efficiently helped me to tape those packages, scanned them so I was out of the door much faster than expected. He could have declined because I didn’t bring my own tape and it was close to 6:30, but he helped me nevertheless. Saundell is very professional and an absolute asset for this local UPS store. Five star!

“i purchase an item at auction and was very concerned with the safe delivery of the object. the auction house highly recommended this UPS store and i called them to inquire about shipping the object cross country. I spoke to Mary the owner of the store and i couldn't have been more satisfied on every level. she assured me that she would personally pack and ship the item and we discussed the packing of the object to ensure its safety. the package arrived safe and sound and i have to say that very rarely do you meet someone who takes the time and concern to do a wonderful job. Thank you so much Mary. You were fabulous!!”

“I brought a large Amazon furniture purchase to the North Reading UPS store to return. John told the me the cost of the return was close to the cost of the item. He then provided me with a 1-800 number to use to contact Amazon and ask for a reimbursement or refund. He then carried the VERY heavy item and placed it back into my minivan. After successfully using this 1-800 number, I brought the item back to his shop today and he proceeded to carry the item back into his shop from my car and process the return and provide me with receipts needed to receive refund from Amazon. Great customer service and shop, John!”

Needing explanation, I reviewed it with her, she understood it perfectly, gave me an estimate, I accepted - and then she completed it within minutes. It was perfect. On top of Eve's expertise, and efficiency, her social skills were exceptional. She is obviously an important asset to the office which no doubt has a wide variety of jobs and customers coming in each day. Eve is the epitome of best practice.”

The man treats me with nothing short of grace, patience, and absolute professionalism every time I walk in the store with a return.
