“I drove 16 miles out of my way to come to this location and it was well worth it. I live in Kirkwood and the post office locations near me provide horrendous customer service. Andrew helped me at this location and was pleasant, courteous, and prompt. It was well worth the drive to have a pleasant interaction. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!”
“I want to give a Shout Out to a Postal Service employee that went out of her way to help solve a problem of my own making. Adrienne at the Walnut Grove, CA Branch was able to solve a very complex problem and went out of her way to keep me informed through the whole process. I'm not sure if she'll ever see this, but I hope her supervisor does, and let's her and her coworkers know that caring like this is noticed and appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
“The location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.”
“This is an amazing Post Office. The male and female workers here are always kind and helpful to me. I come in a lot, and they are wonderful. I am always greeted with positive attitudes and helpfulness. Regarding the bad reviews. You can tell when people are just plain narcissistic and think that everything needs to revolve around them.
I've had nothing but great experiences here and I come in at least once a week to drop off packages.”

“I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.

“I love this PO. It is very convenient to my home and the staff is always very friendly. These people (Usually only have 1 person at the counter) work hard. Learn to go when they are not busy and it will be a better experience. If you want to be waited on with cheese and wine, don't go to government facilities.”
“See some bad posts.. I’ve been shipping packages since 2004. Lots of Post offices east St. Louis. The one on Watson HAS NOT had handles on their big package drop, and takes 72 hours just to get the initial arrival scan! Atleast this location can get their arrivals scans correct!”
“really good usps - i showed up 30 minutes after closing, expecting to use the self-serve but the lady cleaning the facility took my package and scanned it for me! she was really nice and a breath of fresh air compared to the usual disgruntled staff at these places.”
“This post office location is the sorting facility for the 63122 zip code. You cannot conduct regular postal business here. You will need togo over to the retail store on Kirkwood Rd.You may need to visit this location if the post office is holding a package for you. When you arrive be prepared to ring the bell as the inner door is closed and locked.The postal worker there the day I visited was friendly and helpful.”
“I’ve had a P.O. Box at this location for a while now, and the service has always been great. Cody and the rest of the staff are super friendly and always willing to help out. Whether I need help tracking down a package or just have a quick question, they’re always patient and on it. It’s honestly one of the most helpful post offices I’ve been to. Big thanks to the whole team”

“We worked with Twyla at a passport appointment and she got it done so quickly and easily! At the other location, they kicked us out because we didn’t have enough time to fill out our application and complete the appointment. Today, Twyla helped us get our passport so efficiently and we love it. Definitely will return to this location for another. :)”

“Despite some of the comments, this USPS location has been pretty good to me. Every time I've gone, the people working there are helpful and get things done. Never had a problem with a package or anything. Just a heads-up, though: it gets packed during lunch and right after work, so try to swing by at a weird time if you can.”
