Give him a call before you get there a head of time to ensure he is in the office. His office is the back room of an Indian clothes store, could be Bangladesh not quite sure if I recall. We dropped in to see Abdul at Cricket about the phone issue. After a discussion with him, we were convinced it was time to update our phones. Abdul was very helpful in his recommendations based on our budget and tech level with phones. We purchased two new phones at a very fair price. “Recently brought in a Nintendo switch with an unusual issue, that it charged normally but would only output video on some docks but not others. Since the system was out of warranty, I brought it to Genius Repair to assess what was going on. They ran multiple tests for about a week and kept me updated the entire time. While they unfortunately could not diagnose the problem, they went above and beyond with trying everything they could; even testing the switch on additional docks that they had requested from me mid-repair and giving thorough explanation about their process. All of this without any additional charge aside from the diagnostic fee.
I would highly recommend Genius Repair for any repair needs because they are a shop that genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond for them. Although I'd never hope for one of my electronics to break, I would happily return to Genius Repair for their honest and transparent service.”
