“I added more RAM to my laptop and guess what, no power. Oops. What did I do? Checked my work again and covered my laptop and hit power. No Power. Motherboard? Took my computer to BBS and a couple of hours later Dave called me back and said it was not the motherboard but he needed to check further. 2 more hours he called again and said he found the problem, 99.9% sure. I just picked it up and all is well. I definitely recommend Dave and BBS can solve your computer issue.”

Letz Talk GSM provided quick service, along with very detailed and helpful information about my phone. Both times, they were able to replace my screen in under 15 minutes. I appreciate fast service! I cannot agree about the staff having poor customer service, I would simply suggest that team mates giving each other friendly reminders about their mannerisms. I would certainly recommend this location for their fast service and reasonable prices.”
