“I had a great experience at the Verizon store on Chili Ave in Rochester the other day. I walked in expecting the usual long wait and confusing phone plan talk, but Nathan, the rep who helped me, completely changed that. Right away he greeted me and asked what I needed, and I explained that my phone had been acting up and I was thinking about upgrading but wasn’t sure what my options were. Nathan took the time to walk me through a few different phones and plans without making me feel pressured to buy the most expensive thing. He even showed me a couple settings on my old phone that I didn’t know about and helped transfer all my photos and contacts when I decided to upgrade. The whole process was smooth and honestly way less stressful than I expected. By the time I left, everything was set up and working perfectly, and Nathan made sure I knew how to use the new features before I walked out. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a phone store. ?”
“We were at the Ridge Road location today, and both my boyfriend and I got the best service! The person helping us ended up being the manager of this location, and helped us save lots of money! “I was hesitant to go to Pittsford location after seeing the reviews but stopped in while running my errands in the area to go over my bill and worked with Ebony. Found out she just recently took over managing this location which makes sense because my experience did not match the reviews! She was amazing helped me lower my bill and sold me on a device. She even had a candy bowl which my son loved and kept him occupied while we worked on my account. Will definitely be going back to see Ebony for any future needs!”

“Wow! Steve, Tre and Gabriel are the best! We went for what should have been a simple transfer of a phone number from one carrier to AT&T, but it turned into almost a two hour situation due to errors on the other carrier’s end. Steve was so persistent and insistent that he get it straightened out for us as we had explained that the phone was for our dad and we needed to have the issue resolved today as both my brother and I live out of town. Steve had to talk to the other cell phone carrier, restart the process on his end about four different times. He could have very easily told us after the first try that there was nothing else he could do and try to upsell us; however, he stuck with it and got it fixed! While Steve was working diligently to get our problem resolved, Tre and Gabriel were very sociable and made the time go by quickly. At the end of our time there, the phone line had been successfully switched to AT&T. Steve even took the extra step of finding the best ringtone that our 83-year-old father would be able to hear! I was so impressed by the professionalism, calm demeanor and his willingness/diligence to solve the problem. I would highly recommend stopping by the Culver Ridge AT&T store and having Steve and his team help you out!”
“I have an LG Stylos 5 and I needed it fixed right away because people couldn't hear me when I called but I could hear them just fine. So I took it too Cellaxs at Market Place mall and the dude there hooked me up. I found out I had a faulty microphone installed in my phone when I had it repaired at a different shop regarding my charge port. Anyway, the guy at Cellaxs had my phone fixed within the hour no problem and told me exactly what the issue was and hooked me up with a screen protector for a low price. Don't know if this is for everyone but they definitely deliver on what they claim. Cheers!”
“No complaints, was given a $10 discount on overall service. Added up everything once I was back home. The guy is knowledgeable and helpful, I was quickly serviced as well. I got the DREAM, it's been glitching, not sure of the problem, have to take it back if it continues. Yet besides that I'm satisfied. Thumbs up to this location!Update: Took glitchy phone back and without hesitation, was given another phone.”

“Ty was very helpful in getting our sim cards set up on a Saturday; he was partially alone and compassionately accomodated an older woman who interrupted our service a few times in need of help. Evana, who handled the rest of our set up the next day, went ABOVE AND BEYOND. So friendly, so easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable! Google Fi was a nightmare because they lack people like Ty and Evana, who show up everyday and do their best. Thank you two, from three ROC->ALB transplants who were reminded Rochester has some great people in it.”
