2180 East Franklin Boulevard, GastoniaOur dog was bitten by another dog at the Zoomies Adventure Kennel in Dallas, North Carolina. We did not know that it was a bite until three days after we picked her up. By the time we got her to Dr. Pearman, the bites had abscessed. In the beginning, we were not sure if she would be able to save our dog’s leg because the infection had spread so far. Dr. Pearman had to remove large sections of skin and clean the wounds which left two huge places on our dog’s leg. With the excellent care of Dr. Pearman, both wounds healed and her leg was saved. We are so thankful to Dr. Pearman and her staff.

We loved the silent movies in the background and watching the hustling of the chefs and servers in the kitchen/prep area — yes, we were in the balcony. ? The duck cigars are a favorite so we had to have those. The sea bass cut “like butter” and the shrimp and grits were the best I’ve ever had. Coffees and a slice of their coconut cake topped off a wonderful meal. Thanks Garrett for the attention! Thanks Webb management for the little gift ?

My favorite beer is the Liquid Lunch which only available in cans right now. They do offer a selection that includes outside taps to include ciders. They also have wine and some liquor. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is great. Highly recommend you check them out.

The menu is extensive. We barely scratched the surface, and ordered food for 6. If the plaza wasn't so run down, this place would be so much busier. Don't pass this place up because of where it is, the food is worth it!
I will have to get pictures next time. Take out is never as picture perfect as dine in but I forgot to even try. We were so excited and hungry, everyone tore through it before I thought about the pictures!

I drove past Tasty on my way to another breakfast place down the street, but people were waiting outside there, so, I turned around and decided today would be the day I’d try Tasty. Best. Decision. Ever!
My server, Tyler, was amazing. He found a corner booth for me and it was perfect for my FaceTime appointment! Tyler was very attentive, personable and appropriate with checking in during the 2.5 hours I was there.
The coffee is amazing…good and strong.
Be aware that the coffee is not refillable-they charge by the cup because it’s made by the cup.
The food-I got the Southern Breakfast and asked for my eggs to be cooked hard with onions. Perfection. This is the first time in my life where my eggs were cooked perfectly outside my own kitchen. Quality bacon, great 12 grain toast.
Tasty became a favorite for me today.

Food was so good! It honestly was the best tamale I ever had. I have a feeling I'm going to find it difficult to enjoy a tamale from elsewhere. Definitely recommend this location. And will be back! Maybe for supper tonight.

Per usual I always go to yelp to read the reviews and the ones that were listed for this restaurant called Lucky Café. We're all very good. The star is rating was great so I gave it a try and I was not disappointed. I don't live close to this restaurant, but I will come back across town to patronize them again. The customer service was great. The ambience inside of the restaurant was clean and their sanitation score was 100. Very nice young man working the register. I can only assume this is a family run restaurant.
