“I broke down in San Antonio with a major coolant leak. After calling around, Lone Star worked me into their busy schedule. I was happy to talk to an actual person and not a recording. Unfortunately, I broke down near Austin because the mechanic failed to torque the driveshaft to specs. Lone Star acknowledged the error and paid to have my truck towed back to their shop. They repaired my truck and trailer and had me on my way at the end of the day. I recommend Lone Star because they are honest and stand behind their work!”

“We reserved our truck through the Uhaul app and were supposed to pick up at a different location. We received a notice that it was changed to this location. I'm glad it was. Lucila was incredible and went above and beyond to make our truck rental a great experience. The store was clean and well stocked with plenty of trucks available. Check in was easy and Lucila explained everything very clearly. I mentioned during our conversation that I wanted to drop off at another location that the app did not provide. She initially gave me a number to call but after I left, she researched it further and found a better location for me saving me the extra miles and hassle. I really appreciated her incredible customer service and hope to reserve through her again.”

“I guess it's the owner but he is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I had only been there for his notary service before I saw somebody's review or picture with UPS logo. Since nearby UPS stores are almost always crowded with people waiting and the managers/owners aren't friendly even if they're at the storefront, I'd much rather go to Safe Ship for quick and pleasant dealings. They also do all kinds of printing as well as shipping with USPS, FedEx and even DHL.”
