“My wife and I rented a storage unit at the Extraspace Storage facility at 24264 Wilderness Oak in San Antonio, for a year. First, I want to thank Alice for the exceptional care she took of me and my wife. She kept us informed of any issues that came up and was always helpful and pleasant (her customer service is top tier). Second, the convenience of being able to access my belongings 24/7 was great because we needed to take things out and put things in a few times and did so without having to wait for a certain time frame. Lastly, the storage facility was always clean and tidy (which is always appreciated). If we ever need a storage or know of anyone who needs a storage we will be using Extraspace.”
“I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Robert, the manager. He was extremely attentive, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly and showed me individual units. He made sure I felt comfortable with my unit choice. I would highly recommend this location, especially if you get the chance to work with Robert!”

“I guess it's the owner but he is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I had only been there for his notary service before I saw somebody's review or picture with UPS logo. Since nearby UPS stores are almost always crowded with people waiting and the managers/owners aren't friendly even if they're at the storefront, I'd much rather go to Safe Ship for quick and pleasant dealings. They also do all kinds of printing as well as shipping with USPS, FedEx and even DHL.”
“This U-Haul operation is very much above the average U-Haul business in the areas of customer service, service after the sale, and general helpfulness.
The staff here is committed to getting you the deal you need and correcting any issues from the website or app reservation process. The facility is clean, well organized and easy to navigate.
If you intend to use the after-hours drop off privilege, this is absolutely the location to go. It is well lit, relatively easy to maneuver the equipment for return, and set up with a nice U-Haul storage complex.”

This last trip I had an interaction with the owner / general manager and she was definitely less friendly and helpful than any of the workers. I would go as far as to say she is rude.
