Richmond,VA 23231 the service writer Mr. Cal was very professional and personal as he did a estimate on the work that I needed done on my automobile and he was the best and then I had a great experience with one of the front desk workers that work there also her name was Ms. Marissa I had needed appointment to bring my other vehicle in for a estimate for to have work done on it as well and she made me a appointment for to bring it in and she went the extra mile to shedule my appointment as convenient as possible for me because of my work hours and she squeeze me in so that I could get it done and get to work at a reasonable time it's people like her that makes the world a better place. I was really happy and pleased with her effort. It is great to have employees like her on your staff.”
“I had the misfortune of being in an accident. However, from the accident, I was very fortunate to find my way to L&M Body Shop. I met Kendall and Allie who were my guides through the whole process, including contacting Enterprise for a rental. After droppping off my car, Billy would call and infom me of the progress on my car from receiving the ok for the estinate, receiving the car parts into the shop to begin repairs, to explaining that he didn't approve of the trim that was sent and would be switching it out. I really appreciate Billy's attention to detail for my 2014 Honda, and the professional quality work of his staff, who returned it to me, looking like new.”

“I have only had my car repaired one or two other times previously, but this by far was the best experience by far. I had my car towed here after it was stolen at the suggestion by my insurance. The staff was in constant communication to keep me updated on how my car was coming along and were always willing to answer any questions I might have.
My car was returned to me in excellent condition in a short manner of time. Being that I work five days a week and need to commute back and forth, I could not be more grateful for that.

“Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Gus, and I had a slight problem. Long story short I told Gus my issue since I brought my vehicle from them and I get work done with them and i was told I would get a loaner today until my truck was finished and I got the run around and I told the young lady naw not acceptable, well Mr Gus said loaner needed and LOANER IS WHAT I GOT! “My experience has been great at this place. I Have had some issues since getting my car back the owner Scott both times has been on top of it. For me personally, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect to be taken care if I have an issue after the fact. That is exactly what has happened here. Integrity. A week after getting my window replaced the window came off track. I drove right into Chester autobody- Scott stopped what he was doing- Came right out worked on my door for about an hour, Stripped the whole thing down right in front of me, not only found the issue but explained what was the issue, owned up to where they could’ve been better & didn’t make me feel weird about it in the process.
I I highly doubt that they ever have cars that come back with these type of issues, I am sure I am an anomaly. I just wanted to make sure I let others know who are looking for integrity in a body shop. It is here.”
