“I had a light come on my dash a few miles from picking up my new 2024 MDX. I turned around and went back to the dealer. They were great. They got right on it. They offed to give me a different car to drive home, and they would have someone drive my car to my house when they figured out what the problem was. They actually had it fixed in a very short time. I waited for it. Then Fed Ex delivered my new liscence plates to the wrong house. Which we did not figure out till the day my 30-day tags expired. I delt with Matt. had someone drive new 30 day tags to my house that day. Then he got with DMV got a new set of Plates for me and had those delivered to my house the next day. They have taken full responsability and responded faster then I could have expected. I am very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone!!!!!”

“Very helpful and very knowledgeable. I went to purchase paint to repaint my tractor. I had never done this before and wasn't sure how to go about it the right way. I was immediately helped and given the proper paint to use with very helpful instructions on how to apply it. I went home and did the project just like instructed and it turned out absolutely perfect. These guys put me on a great product to use with helpful instructions from them. Highly recommend this place! They have a little bit of everything that you're looking for. I went in for one item and I believe I left out of there with about a dozen. “Wonderful customer service! Went above and beyond. Had gone to a different place first and they were rude and nasty. Called to Brooke's and they were amazing. Got my part quickly (same day) and they even left it out for me after hours since I wasn't going to make it there before they closed. I have MS and cannot walk so they left it where I could easily pull up to it and get it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable friendly company.”

“Stopped into this AutoZone at 8:05 pm needing a new battery. The staff person, Randy H, was very helpful and was able to install my new battery in my car in under 15 minutes. He was extremely helpful and professional. This was a huge help to me as I am moving out of town in the morning and did not want the trouble of my car not starting. “I had a radiator hose that ripped and my car started smoking while I was in Short Pump, Va. Luckily, I was able to pull into a nearby parking lot. I was an hour and a half from home and I called a few local parts stores. The people at the Car Quest on West Broad Street in Short Pump came to my car, checked to see what parts were needed, went back to the store, and came back with the part. Alan (spelling?) went out of his way to help me, by putting the part on the car for me and explaining what he did and why. This was not something that the company normally does, to my knowledge, but it was so kind. It was myself and two other young ladies (daughter and granddaughter), we were in a though situation being so far from home, but Alan and the people of Car Quest really did a good deed and went out of their way to help! I offered to pay him for fixing it right there, but he refused to take any money and I was only charged for the part. I wish I could do something to show my appreciation to Alan, so I thought writing a review would be a good idea. Thank you Alan and the managers/workers at CarQuest in Short Pump. You good deed and it did not go unnoticed! I will certainly pass it on!”

“I took my wrecked car to West Broad Collision Center (WBCC) on the recommendation of my local Honda dealer. My insurance carrier recommended another vehicle repair shop but after a frustrating two weeks of dealing with that company that did no work and kept increasing the repair costs due to finding additional damage, I said no way. I was able to expeditiously arrange an appointment with WBCC to assess the damage to my car (2019 Honda). Eddie did a thorough evaluation of my car and explained the repairs that would be done to my car. Their estimate was $500 more than the other repair shop but my contacts gave WBCC an excellent review. I continued to drive my car while the parts were being ordered (no sense letting my car sit on WBCC lot for no reason). As soon as WBCC had all the parts, a repair appointment was scheduled. I dropped off my car on 8-1 and was advised that repairs would take 17-18 days. On 8-18. WBCC called to say my car was ready for pick up. MY CAR LOOKS GREAT! It looks like new. You cannot tell that the entire driver's side of my car had been smashed. The paint job was perfect. All parts were properly installed and everything is aligned as it should be. And I left $20 plus a handful of change in my console and the money was till there when I picked up my car. Honest employees. I was quite pleased with the quality of work by WBCC and the manner in which they scheduled the work. I took take another wrecked care to WBCC.”
