13018 Newcastle Way, NewcastleMy dog was very sick, unable to stand on a Saturday when most vets were closed. I went to Banfield first, they said they were booked solid and couldn't see him until end of day. I begged them as he was very ill and the answer was no. In desperation I found Animal Hospital of Newport Hills open nearby. I showed up bawling my eyes out because my dog was very sick and needed to see a doctor. They were booked too, but doctors at Newport Hills said they would squeeze him in. They saw him, did blood work, reviewed the blood work and sent us home with antibiotics and painkillers and another appointment the following week to discuss next steps. I'm happy to say my dog is feeling better today and able to walk and improving thanks to the doctors at Animal Hospital Newport Hills. I'm sooo great full they cared enough to see my dog they have earned my business and my gratitude! Highly recommend!

5606 119th Ave SE, NewcastleHidden gem in Newcastle! Decided to try this place out for dinner and it blew us away. The pizzas were tasty and the crust was yummy and soft. I normally don’t like eating pizzas because the crust is too heavy or too tough. This crust is soft and fluffy. We ordered the Velvet Green, Space Cowboy and Prosciutto pizzas. All were awesome! We also tried a flight of beers (loved the bicycle, young and hazy ipa and the kolsch) and ended up getting a 32 oz can to bring home. We’ll definitely be coming back here with our friends who also love beer and pizza.
