Addy's Pet Shop
1022 SW Henderson St, SeattleI brought my cats a Scratch and Sniff cat tree from Addy's last Christmas and I am happier each day with my purchase. When I was thinking about buying one, the owner was super helpful sending me dimensions of the different trees, in stock, so I could narrow down my options before coming in. When I came in, the owner was then super helpful again, showing me the ones that would work for my space. My little gremlins love the tree, constantly playing tag on it or just napping in the sun. Highly recommend going to Addy's to get high quality cat trees.

the seattle barkery
2225 8th Ave, SeattleThere is no where else I’d rather go to celebrate my fur baby ! I order ALL of my dogs birthday and gotcha day cakes from the Seattle Barkery and they ALWAYS exceed my expectations! But you don’t have to wait for special occasions, you can pop in anytime and see every day goodies to spoil your animal with just because! And the people that work there are always so kind and warm welcoming! You can feel the love from walking in for the first time, to watching your dog bite into their baked treats and that’s why we will continue to come back for all of the special occasions and for the “just because” treat days :))

Pet Pros
4722 42nd Ave SW, SeattleUsually quick service and friendliness. However, I, an older person have troubles sometimes with ordering online. This is the 2nd time I've tried calling the store for help. The first time a nice young woman took my order by phone. Today I had problems again, spending 1/2 hour trying to order by phone and was told, in no uncertain terms, they couldn't do this. The young man refused to assist me at all. I am confined to home and can't go into the store.

Rub-A-Dub Dog Wash
6826 Greenwood Ave N, SeattleThey were so friendly and inviting! I don't know WHAT shampoo and conditioner they use, but they had my baby looking and feeling LUXURIOUSLY soft. Like if there was a doggy shampoo commercial, he could be in it. And he was def feeling himself. If they can work that type of magic with a short haired dog (pitbull mix single coat) I can only imagine what they can do with long haired dogs!

Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Capitol Hill
1422 Harvard Ave, SeattleFirst time at woof gang and Tanner did such a great job! Our one year old pup Princes Yue is challenging to say the least - she’s anxious getting groomed and can be very vocal and squirmy….especially when trying to trim her nails. Tanner and team did a great job at addressing all my concerns to their best capabilities while also not pushing her too much. They were able to bathe her, trim most of her nails, brush/ trim her fur in and in a short time frame. You can tell that they really care and are honest. I will definitely be a regular client.

Just Around The Corner, Dog Grooming & Boutique
2717 E Madison St, SeattleCame in for a nail trim, which I typically dread because not only does my dog hate this and typically freaks out (very vocal, stressed, etc) the whole time, but I also find it stressful to listen to him struggle. At Just Around the Corner, the groomer was totally unfazed, reassuring my dog the entire time, working with him through the nail trim. To make him extra comfortable she even had us come back the next day to split up front and back in different sessions to avoid over stressing him. All this to say that while nail trims are equally stressful for my dog and me, I cannot recommend enough Just Around the Corner for their kindness, patience and sensitivity to my pup. Plus $9 for a walk in nail trim is a great deal (with basically no wait time!).

Olive my grooming to you! (NON-MOBILE)
8337 15th Ave NW, SeattleThis place is rad and they have nice staff. The website is refreshingly easy to use - and I liked the bios of the staff.
Some of the way that the pricing scale works is a bit ambiguous, so I can feel a little hoodwinked when I get to the cash register. Nothing is unreasonably priced and I don’t feel taking advantage of - it just feels like when they put a price on the menu it’s more of a ballpark than an actual figure. I wish the pricing was more standardize/straightforward

Pet Sitting & Training

Sensitive Dog
3006 S Brandon St, SeattleWe had recently adopted a dog (Hank) who had extreme separation anxiety. We don't know much about his past, but his behaviors led us to believe he'd been left in crates and small places prior to being abandoned. Initially when we got him and started to leave him alone at home for a few hours, we realized we couldn't crate him so gave him relatively free reign of the house. He peed and pooped, and literally tore up screens, window shades, and door frames as if he was trying to claw is way out of the house. We were feeling pretty desperate when we reaced out to Sensitive Dog, and thankfully, after getting the details of what Hank was experiencing, allowed us to get in quickly to assist with Hank's issues. We had one 2-1/2 hour session with Julie, who was amazing. She showed us a very specific game to play with Hank to help to tire his mind and relax him when we were planning to be away from the house. She also taught us how to desensitize him when we were going to leave, and we are so grateful we found Julie!
It has now been four months since our training session with Hank, and he's doing great! We can now leave him comfortably and know that he doesn't panic when we leave. He now goes to his comfy place on the couch and relaxes until we return. We are so very thankful for the skills Julie taught us to make all our lives more peaceful and comfortable, and we highly recommend Sensitive Dog to anyone who needs help with their beloved doggies!

West Seattle Wonder Dogs
6040 California Ave SW, Seattlelove. Love. LOVE this business. We've been going for the past 4 months to Puppy Play Time and our pup graduated Puppy Kindergarten. This has been the best experience socializing our pup in a controlled environment. He can get his zoomies out, get rambunctious with his playmates, learn good manners in playing with other dogs - in our case, both larger and smaller breeds.
We stopped going to dog parks a long time ago as many other owners are neither conscientious or even attentive to their dogs' behaviors. Wonder Dogs is a resource which allows for natural behaviors but in a safe and controlled environment. They work with positive reinforcement and we, as owners, learn so much from them. We are lucky to have this resource available to us. Highly recommend.

Off Leash K9 Training, LLC
1106 SW 120th St, SeattleCierra and Kyle were lifesavers for our chaotic, high energy and active dog. We had done so many types of dog training programs before this one, and are still in awe at how much this program changed our lives. Both trainers were kind, flexible and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. We felt so heard, and like our concerns were made into action plans with clear steps. We did the 8- week program with 1 hour per week lessons, and did 1 hour of training on our own each day outside of that. They were so motivated and confident we could work on all the things- jumping, reactivity, and prey drive. We now feel confident and comfortable living our lives with Leena in a tight heel walk and are able to recall her off leash with ease. Thank you Kyle and Cierra!

It’s mainly a takeout spot, but there is a small covered area where you can eat, along with a couple of benches outside. It might be a little cold right now, but it’s a decent setup once the weather warms up. I already look forward to the next time I’ll be back for it again!! 10/10 recommend!

Jucivana Cocktail Bar, Smoothies & Coffee
110 Boren Ave S, SeattleJucivana and Sanjay are the business and man behind my desire to make 2026 the year i review everywhere I eat
After a long walk with Google Maps set to restaurants, me and my dinner partner only unanimously (and instantaneously) agreed to the sound of one thing walking around Cap Hill area, the Indian food of Jucivana. We ordered samosas, butter chicken/lvl 3, chicken biriyani/lvl2, garlic naan, and a mango lassi. The entire meal was absolutely amazing.
I am someone who’s already really picky about eating out, and especially since i am new to the west coast and getting used to Seattles prices. But the odd were really stacked against Jucivana since the order I made at their restaurant is the same order I make at any Indian restaurant in search of something that tastes as close to the best meal I had ever enjoyed in my life, being the same order in a restaurant I had long ago jn Germany. With high expectation and no tolerance for something that fails to surpass them, my experience dining at Jucivana was what i can proudly say the closest I’ve experienced to that life changing meal from long ago.
And the true indulgence of the night wasn’t dessert but the charm of Sanjay, who had people coming in to see if he was around simply to chat. Clearly a man who takes pride in his work, who provided an unforgettable night.
Portion, Pricing, Service, Food, Cleanliness, Drinks, Music: 10/10
Special notes: Mango Lassi is mandatory.

The puppies are clearly happy, well-cared for and set up with for a great start to life with good socialization. They live with foster families, offering them lots of love and personalized attention.
The instructor led us through gentle yoga with thoughtful cues to adjust the poses to your body.
The facility and mats were kept remarkably clean, and any messes (and of course puppies will make them) were cleaned up at lightning speed.

Warren G. Magnuson Park Off Leash Area
7400 Sand Point Way NE, SeattleGood to have an off leash area, but the ground is largely dirt and gravel due to heavy use. The grass has suffered. Would prefer a bit more nature for the dogs. There’s a path to the lake and a swimming area that the water-inclined dogs love. Good fencing with entry and exit fenced anterooms to keep dogs from bolting in or out. Water and bowls available. People do a pretty good job of cleaning up their dog’s messes, fortunately. Parking can be tight during busy times, but not too bad because people are coming and going frequently.
