This particular visit was wonderful, the staff were on point helping me, let alone being sweet and so cheerful and caring for their customers and the animals in their care. Not many large corporations have staff that give a care about the animals for sale, so this PetSmart has and always has been a breath of fresh air whenever I go in.

10324 Paradise Lake Rd, WoodinvilleThis was our first time boarding our dog at a dog resort and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice to use paradise pet lodge. We had heard great reviews of the pet lodge and because of our dogs older age and health issues we no longer wanted to rely on friends and family. Paradise did an awesome job making sure our pup was taken care of and his multiple medications were administered. He came home happy and looking great. He had some diarrhea one day and paradise kept an eye on it and administered pumpkins puree which I appreciated. Additionally they cleaned him when he accidentally got some doo doo on his butt. I would no doubt use paradise again for our future pet boarding needs. Only thing is I wish they had more small suites available- those seem so hard to book!!

My dog doesn’t like to be approached by strangers while being washed so it’s nice to have the private space to get things done. The place is always clean and there’s no hidden up charges. Get in and get out and leave with a happy pet.

13317 NE 175th St Suite P, WoodinvilleMy 3 dogs and 1 cat all go to this clinic - I’ve been going to this clinic for about 10 years because they are wonderful! I have always been very happy with their veterinary services whether on an emergency basis or a routine checkup and procedure. The doctors are always knowledgeable and willing to look things up and report back, the vet techs are thoughtful and courteous, and the administrative team are knowledge about how things work when it comes time to schedule future appts, when to schedule what, etc. and they always get back to me right away when I email them, etc. dogs range from 7 lbs to 160 lbs and my cat is a naked Lykoi cat - so I’ve seen the clinic’s support for a few different kinds of patients and I’ve been happy with their approach on preventative care and treatments.
I have also seen them ask for feedback so it’s great that they are proactive about learning how they can improve. A few years back I responded to a survey - I gave feedback in connection with the administrative support team. The Doctor who is the managing partner of the clinic called me right away and listened to my perspective. I have not had any repeat issues since. They also now offer a certain level of emergency services which is great because it is close to our house.

19150 NE Woodinville Duvall Rd A8, WoodinvilleI have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Hoover and the vet assistants/techs that I have worked with! My recently adopted kitten has been having blood in her urine and so far tests are showing nothing but Dr. Hoover has her on some meds that seem to be helping and they've been nothing but gentle and sweet to my kitty and treating her as if she were their own. I cannot recommend Cottage Lake Vet enough even after working for a different vet hospital!

I have been taking my dog there for years and highly recommend them. Every vet and vet tech provides amazing care. They are extremely thoughtful in their approach, including post-appointment follow-ups. They always take the time to address any concerns I have about my dog and provide comprehensive care while helping me plan for future care and preventative measures for my tri-pawd.

Thanks to a loving family and Puppy Manners, he is now a worldwide celebrity that is an envy of the dog world. Other dogs love him and know him by his many names, Sir, Bubba, Dude, Mister, but most importantly, Monkey!

Inside the decor was so beautiful. We all felt like we were on vacation. The staff were friendly.
