“Sam and Jenny were so kind! I went in today with a very noisy home button on my iPhone that desperately needs an upgrade. Sam was so great and diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it in a minute. Turns out it was a loose screw causing the home button to vibrate and make a loud buzzing sound. I was expecting it to be something awful and forever broken, but it was a simple fix for Sam. Thank you! Sam is excellent at troubleshooting all phones no matter the make or model. Jenny showed me multiple phones within my price range when I’m ready for an upgrade, which will be very soon! The team at Kemo are amazing! “Michael Z, the manager at this store, did an outstanding job resolving my issue. As a first time customer of AT&T, I was about to give up on this company. Long story that includes online purchase during Black Friday, cancellations on orders without my approval, UPS delivery of box without the iPhone 17 (seems like an inside job at UPS with double taping of the package), multiple security and fraud checks, and countless hours on the phone with multiple managers. It's almost like ATT does not want my business!
ALERT: If your phone is stolen during the delivery process, the ATT process makes you feel blamed as if you are the criminal. Despite multiple explanations to service reps, it doesn't appear that they document. Fraud team denies requests.
Enter Michael Z. His efficiency, quickness, patient, caring and customer service approach won me back to give a last chance. I can't say the same of the workers at other branch stores.
Moving forward, should I have any more issues with ATT, I will be coming in store to work with Michael.

“I had an excellent visit with Jessica at Verizon’s 2209 Shattuck store in Berkeley, CA. I am 81 and a little light on tech skills and somehow cut off my Verizon internet access. Jessica not only reestablished my internet connection (invaluable, as I am traveling), but showed me how to clear the dozens and dozens of open tabs wearing my battery down. Made my day!”

“uBreakiFix replaced my phone's screen (known issue with screen fuzzyness resulting from static buildup) and also managed to replace my battery under Google's extended warranty. The replacement took about 1.5 hours. Very impressed with the service here and I plan to take my phone back there for future repairs as needed.”
