At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly. I have been to other Verizon locations in other areas/states and I can genuinely say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had getting/setting up a new phone. Today I went in to purchase a new phone & the customer service at this location is EXCEPTIONAL. Katherine ( Katie ) was extremely personable professional & knowledgeable. Impressive 5 star service. I am so happy with the products I purchased by most of all with Katie's customer service ! So kind patient & answered all of my questions / concerns regarding Tmobil products & service. She spent time with me and also let me know about a new product being offered which I immediately purchased. New phone. New tablet and a life long customer of Tmobil who just wants to let you know how much I truly enjoyed shopping there. “The entire staff at this store is nothing short of amazing! They all were extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Gardy(the store manager) personally assisted me and two other customers at the same time and I was not bothered by it one bit. He showed the same amount of attention to each of us. Multitasking and active listening are definitely skill sets of his! He addressed all my concerns and he took the time to educate me on other products that could be useful for me as well. What also stood out to me was I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed as I did visiting other T-Mobile storefronts; which prompted me to walk right back out. This is by far the best T-Mobile I’ve ever visited!”

“I’ve needed a new phone for quite awhile now, but this summer has been a stressful one for me. I finally managed to make it into the Wilmington T-Mobile last night and was very lucky to have Adryan help me. He is AMAZING! Sometimes it can feel like a chore to have to spend time getting a new device. It was absolutely not the case this time. I felt like I made a new friend in Adryan, who is just a great guy, who knows his stuff.
I had had a long and stressful week and by the time I got there my brain had mostly stopped working. Being the consummate professional he is, Adrian took the time to explain everything i needed to know. He got everything transferred from my old phone to my new one. Without coming across as just trying to make another sale, he informed me of a great promotion I was able to take advantage of. He also told me that we could get our home wi-fi through T-Mobile at a better rate than our current provider. I made the switch and the signal is better throughout our home than it had previously been.
When I was getting ready to leave I told Adryan that that had been the best time I’ve had on a Friday night in quite a while. And I meant it. While we were going through my multiple transactions we were able to chat about life and lots of other things. He brought a much needed smile to face during our conversations and I’m just really glad I got to meet him. He’s a great dude and I really hope that the T-Mobile upper management acknowledge how lucky they are to have him on their team. Thanks, Adryan!”

“I was looking for a phone charger and I happen to stop into the Verizon. I was reluctant because I feel like a lot of salesman try to off charge me or convince me to buy things I don't want. So I usually be a really upfront and just say I want what I want. My salesman today was Martel. I asked him for a charger wire in a block. Instead of trying to charge me for the most expensive item showed me the item I was looking for I was completely honest with me. It was the first time I had a good experience at Verizon. I would recommend coming to this Verizon location and if you're not happy with your salesman ask for Martel he will treat you right.”
“I made several visits here as I was pondering getting a new phone. The two reps who helped me were Rebel and Jake. Both were smart, calm and at the ready to help. They answered my (many!) questions patiently and offered relevant additional info. Though I had to hold off buying a phone, they remained engaged and kind. Very positive experience.”
