I was greeted as soon as I came in the door with a smile and asked, "How could they help me?" Michael helped me find the right chargers for my car friendly. The help and check out was quick. “I had the most wonderful experience at this location. I was working with King, who was so extremely helpful and personable. At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly. I have been to other Verizon locations in other areas/states and I can genuinely say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had getting/setting up a new phone. King really seems to be a genuinely wonderful person and is exactly who should be in a customer facing role like this. 10/10 would recommend this location and I will absolutely be returning for any future phone service needs.”

“Today was honestly one of the worst days I’ve had in a long time.

I came in planning to port my number to T-Mobile. The process was extremely rough, frustrating, and in the end, unsuccessful — entirely due to issues left behind by AT&T, not this store.

What made the difference was the people here.

From the moment the staff understood what I was dealing with, they didn’t rush me, dismiss me, or tell me “it’s not our problem.” Instead, they were patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They spent a significant amount of time — nearly an hour — actively trying to troubleshoot and clean up the mess AT&T left behind.

Even though the port ultimately couldn’t be completed, I could clearly see the effort:

They cared

They tried

They treated my problem like it actually mattered

In the end, I had to make the tough decision to abandon my old number and start fresh — and I chose to do that with T-Mobile, because the experience in this store made that choice easy.

Sometimes great service isn’t about magically fixing everything.
It’s about effort, responsibility, and treating people with respect when things go wrong.

I like how he was personable explained all of the plans and talked to my aunt about trying a new plan do you know how hard it is to get Selene over 50 to change their mind. “The entire staff at this store is nothing short of amazing! They all were extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Gardy(the store manager) personally assisted me and two other customers at the same time and I was not bothered by it one bit. He showed the same amount of attention to each of us. Multitasking and active listening are definitely skill sets of his! He addressed all my concerns and he took the time to educate me on other products that could be useful for me as well. What also stood out to me was I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed as I did visiting other T-Mobile storefronts; which prompted me to walk right back out. “Stephen is the absolute best! The wait was an appropriate amount of time. I was then met with a smiling face. I was VERY cranky coming in to the store since I spent almost 2 hours trying to get virtual help from Xfinity with no resolution. I may have been in the store for 15-20 minutes and had everything fixed. Don’t hold the virtual help and in-person help to the same standard. Stephen is an Asst Manager so I could only imagine his professionalism and efficiency trickles down the chain. 10/10. I will now stop trying to convince my mom to switch back to Verizon because of this in person experience today.”

“I have to give this store five Stars. I received incredible service from Miciah who was able to efficiently serve two customers at a time. T-mobile is very fortunate to have a Technician of this caliber. He was courteous and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. One issue I did notice that those who were told 1 or 2 were ahead of them, left the store and came back only to find 1 or 2 still ahead. Best waiting your turn. The Techs are very good and efficient.”

“I rarely leave reviews, especially for service providers, since situations can vary case by case. Today, however, was an exceptional experience thanks to Kevin (and his manager) at the store. As an internet customer, I decided to switch my mobile service to Xfinity for both myself and my daughter. The process turned out to be unexpectedly complicated solely due to my previous provider’s policies.

Throughout the entire time, Kevin remained attentive, promptly consulted his manager when needed, kept me informed at every step, and even called the other provider three times to help resolve the issue. Although it took a long time, it would have been impossible without Kevin’s professional guidance.

Kevin’s professionalism—and his manager’s timely support—truly deserves recognition. This will be my go-to location from now on for all my internet and mobile service needs. Kevin changed my skepticism about customer service in this service provider industry.”

“Long wait, good service. The clients waited patiently and had a look of satisfaction walking out the door. The store was uncluttered, spacious and noise free. The salesperson was talking freely to the customers when they entered the store and he did not forget their placement (who was first, second, etc.). I waited from 6 PM to 7 PM (everyone waited patiently). It's my belief that the salesperson set the tone. He was calm, friendly and personable. It was a good vibe.”
