“I had the most wonderful experience at this location. I was working with King, who was so extremely helpful and personable. At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly. I have been to other Verizon locations in other areas/states and I can genuinely say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had getting/setting up a new phone. King really seems to be a genuinely wonderful person and is exactly who should be in a customer facing role like this. 10/10 would recommend this location and I will absolutely be returning for any future phone service needs.”

“The entire staff at this store is nothing short of amazing! They all were extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Gardy(the store manager) personally assisted me and two other customers at the same time and I was not bothered by it one bit. He showed the same amount of attention to each of us. Multitasking and active listening are definitely skill sets of his! He addressed all my concerns and he took the time to educate me on other products that could be useful for me as well. What also stood out to me was I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed as I did visiting other T-Mobile storefronts; which prompted me to walk right back out. This is by far the best T-Mobile I’ve ever visited!”

“Stephen is the absolute best! The wait was an appropriate amount of time. I was then met with a smiling face. I was VERY cranky coming in to the store since I spent almost 2 hours trying to get virtual help from Xfinity with no resolution. I may have been in the store for 15-20 minutes and had everything fixed. Don’t hold the virtual help and in-person help to the same standard. Stephen is an Asst Manager so I could only imagine his professionalism and efficiency trickles down the chain. 10/10. I will now stop trying to convince my mom to switch back to Verizon because of this in person experience today.”

“I was looking for a phone charger and I happen to stop into the Verizon. I was reluctant because I feel like a lot of salesman try to off charge me or convince me to buy things I don't want. So I usually be a really upfront and just say I want what I want. My salesman today was Martel. I asked him for a charger wire in a block. Instead of trying to charge me for the most expensive item showed me the item I was looking for I was completely honest with me. It was the first time I had a good experience at Verizon. I would recommend coming to this Verizon location and if you're not happy with your salesman ask for Martel he will treat you right.”

T-mobile is very fortunate to have a Technician of this caliber. He was courteous and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. One issue I did notice that those who were told 1 or 2 were ahead of them, left the store and came back only to find 1 or 2 still ahead. Best waiting your turn. The Techs are very good and efficient.”

“Long wait, good service. The clients waited patiently and had a look of satisfaction walking out the door. The store was uncluttered, spacious and noise free. The salesperson was talking freely to the customers when they entered the store and he did not forget their placement (who was first, second, etc.). I waited from 6 PM to 7 PM (everyone waited patiently). It's my belief that the salesperson set the tone. He was calm, friendly and personable. It was a good vibe.”
