I was greeted as soon as I came in the door with a smile and asked, "How could they help me?" Michael helped me find the right chargers for my car friendly. The help and check out was quick. I don't live near the store at all. However, I will drive all the way out here just for their customer service. Ask for Michael. He knows his stuff. Thank you, Michael !!!”

She also multitasked with acknowledging others back and forth but I felt completed at the end of day. Her colleague Sasha were there as well making sure we were ok. We are very pleased with the service provision overall in regards to reliability, customer service/support and functionality. A five star rating is withheld because of a very few interruptions and the lack of seeking customer input with periodic surveys regarding programming and internet services.”
“I was there 2 Sundays ago and I met Carmen. She is amazing and make us feel home she did go above and beyond to suggest me what phone should I get. She was well educated about the phone & she was very patient with me every knowledgeable about her job and her customers service. Unlikely other T-MOBILE locations. Also Wallie I think his name I might mistype. He is also wonderful. You should recognize both employees. They are the faces of your company & without both employees your company will not be successful. They both amazing knowledgeable smart sophisticated human beings. I will always come to this locations cause of them. I have been with T-MOBILE 20+ years. You should hire people like wallie and Carmen. Very caring about thier job and customers too. “I am a first time comcast user signing up for xfinity Wi-Fi. I had my own router but needed a modem, so I seeked assistance early on a Tuesday morning. Multiple employees greeted and helped me right away! They told me where to get a modem and even checked the target inventory across the street. I am happy no one tried to upsell me or discourage my choice to NOT rent the xfinity modem monthly (which would have cost more in the long run).Thanks!”

“I have to give this store five Stars. I received incredible service from Miciah who was able to efficiently serve two customers at a time. T-mobile is very fortunate to have a Technician of this caliber. He was courteous and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. One issue I did notice that those who were told 1 or 2 were ahead of them, left the store and came back only to find 1 or 2 still ahead. Best waiting your turn. The Techs are very good and efficient.”
“I upgraded my daughters phone(iPhone SE 3rd Gen) for myself(S24 Ultra)and gave her my phone (14ProMax) as an upgrade for her. Over the phone activation hit a snag. Has to go to the Avon location for assistance. Jeremy was the associate that fixed everything in about 10 minutes. My 11yo daughter was ecstatic.”
