They are the faces of your company & without both employees your company will not be successful. They both amazing knowledgeable smart sophisticated human beings. I will always come to this locations cause of them. I have been with T-MOBILE 20+ years. You should hire people like wallie and Carmen. Very caring about thier job and customers too. “I am a first time comcast user signing up for xfinity Wi-Fi. I had my own router but needed a modem, so I seeked assistance early on a Tuesday morning. Multiple employees greeted and helped me right away! They told me where to get a modem and even checked the target inventory across the street. I am happy no one tried to upsell me or discourage my choice to NOT rent the xfinity modem monthly (which would have cost more in the long run).Thanks!”

“I have to give this store five Stars. I received incredible service from Miciah who was able to efficiently serve two customers at a time. T-mobile is very fortunate to have a Technician of this caliber. He was courteous and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. One issue I did notice that those who were told 1 or 2 were ahead of them, left the store and came back only to find 1 or 2 still ahead. Best waiting your turn. The Techs are very good and efficient.”
