At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly. I have been to other Verizon locations in other areas/states and I can genuinely say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had getting/setting up a new phone. King really seems to be a genuinely wonderful person and is exactly who should be in a customer facing role like this. 10/10 would recommend this location and I will absolutely be returning for any future phone service needs.”

“I originally tried to shop at the North Billerica store, but they were not open at 10:15am, despite the posted hours of 10-6.
This was actually a blessing in disguise, as I went to the Pinehurst location instead, and it was a great experience!
I was assisted by a very knowledgeable, very helpful young man named Luiz. He was personable, exhibited excellent customer service skills, and worked with me to make sure I got what I was looking for, and that I was satisfied with my purchase.
I will not be returning to the North Billerica location ever again. My home store is now the Pinehurst store, where I know I will be treated with respect, have all my questions answered, and feel like I am welcome. I've already started telling my friends and family members what a fantastic experience this was. Luiz is definitely an asset to your team! “The entire staff at this store is nothing short of amazing! They all were extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Gardy(the store manager) personally assisted me and two other customers at the same time and I was not bothered by it one bit. He showed the same amount of attention to each of us. Multitasking and active listening are definitely skill sets of his! He addressed all my concerns and he took the time to educate me on other products that could be useful for me as well. What also stood out to me was I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed as I did visiting other T-Mobile storefronts; which prompted me to walk right back out. “Highly recommend the Xfinity Saugus store because of their amazing employees! Javier assisted me along with John and Angelise. They collaborated and listened to my needs and guided me to the product that most fit my needs. I am highly satisfied with the product as well. “I was looking for a phone charger and I happen to stop into the Verizon. I was reluctant because I feel like a lot of salesman try to off charge me or convince me to buy things I don't want. So I usually be a really upfront and just say I want what I want. My salesman today was Martel. I asked him for a charger wire in a block. Instead of trying to charge me for the most expensive item showed me the item I was looking for I was completely honest with me. It was the first time I had a good experience at Verizon. I would recommend coming to this Verizon location and if you're not happy with your salesman ask for Martel he will treat you right.”

“Marco, a manager went above and beyond to fix a billing issue that had been going on for over a month. Talking to reps by phone sent me down many time consuming tear inducing wild goose chases. I learned from this experience, always go in store! The store reps like Marco are excellent! Very professional. Patiently talked to the billing department for 30 minutes to explain what the issue was. The in store experience even interacting with other associates is far superior to Verizon. Many thanks to Marco, the MVP who finally got my issue fixed once and for all so thay I finally have closure. I trust the in store reps but I cannot say the same regarding the phone reps.”
