Ron had us out in about 30-35 mins and took care of the data transfer, trade in and putting the accessories on while I worked on my laptop.

“I had the most wonderful experience at this location. I was working with King, who was so extremely helpful and personable. At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly. I have been to other Verizon locations in other areas/states and I can genuinely say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had getting/setting up a new phone. “I went to T mobile on Wednesday Nov 13 2024 at 5 it was a cold afternoon and I met kwame at T mobile and he took his time and services my me and my aunt. I like how he was personable explained all of the plans and talked to my aunt about trying a new plan do you know how hard it is to get Selene over 50 to change their mind. “The entire staff at this store is nothing short of amazing! They all were extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Gardy(the store manager) personally assisted me and two other customers at the same time and I was not bothered by it one bit. He showed the same amount of attention to each of us. Multitasking and active listening are definitely skill sets of his! He addressed all my concerns and he took the time to educate me on other products that could be useful for me as well. What also stood out to me was I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed as I did visiting other T-Mobile storefronts; which prompted me to walk right back out. This is by far the best T-Mobile I’ve ever visited!”

“I was looking for a phone charger and I happen to stop into the Verizon. I was reluctant because I feel like a lot of salesman try to off charge me or convince me to buy things I don't want. So I usually be a really upfront and just say I want what I want. My salesman today was Martel. I asked him for a charger wire in a block. Instead of trying to charge me for the most expensive item showed me the item I was looking for I was completely honest with me. It was the first time I had a good experience at Verizon. I would recommend coming to this Verizon location and if you're not happy with your salesman ask for Martel he will treat you right.”

“I have to give this store five Stars. I received incredible service from Miciah who was able to efficiently serve two customers at a time. T-mobile is very fortunate to have a Technician of this caliber. He was courteous and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. One issue I did notice that those who were told 1 or 2 were ahead of them, left the store and came back only to find 1 or 2 still ahead. Best waiting your turn. The Techs are very good and efficient.”
“Walked in with a broken + an older Xfinity remote that we were using for our 2 TVs. Was greeted promptly by an employee and he swapped out remotes for brand new ones so quickly! My husband and I thought it might be a process in order to switch them out, but we were in and out of the store with working/new remotes in under two minutes!
