MARCOS : he deserves a very special combination. He helped me set up an account. He was quietly going about his business and moving about the store. I’ve been helping multiple people, and I noticed that another AT&T store there’s nobody quite like him. I haven’t really had great luck, but my service has been down but he’s gonna help me get it fixed hands-on today and I think he deserves a compliment just for that to be put into his personnel file. He would be a great manager, just like Daisy.
The store is most comfortable and spacious with funnier places to sit down. I will give you more feedback because I have an interaction with Marcos today and I have confidence that he’s going to be able to help me and be more than fair with me. The rest of the details will follow, but I urge potential AT&T customers to go to this store. I repeat this store in particular and probably ask for Marcos or maybe Daisy if he’s not there they are outstanding. . “Well last night my mom came all the way from Kingman to have her phone hooked up and by the time we got to consumer Cellular it was I had to be like 10 till 6 when they close and there was two gentlemen there that were so very helpful one gentleman there named z because his name was confusing and he said just call me very patient with my mother who is getting to that stage in life where she's confused and he said her and her husband's phone up was very graceful about it and they closed the doors and still allowed us to stay until they were finished with my mother being that she was from Kingman z was very patient with my mother explaining the phones and the cost and I was very appreciative of the fact that he handled it within the time I didn't feel like we were being rushed out and if he was an employer buying I would definitely give him a raise the back of gentlemen was quite kind and I would just like to thank you for taking care of my mother even though it was Saturday night and they were two young men that should have been out making their plans I would have been consumer Cellular for being that kind of business it'd be nice if they put a consumer cellular in Kingman but that's beside the point the store was in Scottsdale right off the 101 and I just love the couches in the stitching on the seats that were in there. “I usually brace myself for less-than-stellar service, but not this time. I went to Target on my lunch break to purchase a wired headphone and was having a hard time finding it. I asked for help and patiently waited for assistance. KIMBERLY showed up and exceeded my expectations. Despite knowing I was in a hurry, she was incredibly patient and diligently searched the store for the wired headphone that was listed as in stock. She was phenomenal. “I walked into T Mobile on a fluke today with a complicated iPhone issue, & walked out a new customer! I was greeted by all, & was beyond fortunate to have Regina & then Zeus help resolve this issue. Regina listened to my frustration, grasped the issue immediately, & when she told me she could resolve the problem, I almost fell off the chair!!! I could only thank her for her expertise every 7 minutes. Regina resolved the problem that hours at At&T & Cox were unable to solve, & unfortunately they made the problem even worse for me!
What I liked was Regina’s ability to think outside of the box & focus on the issue in a whole new way. I’m still amazed at her willingness to continue to look at different ways to solve this problem, & then get it fixed!!!! WOW!!! I asked to see her manager Zeus, to let him know what an outstanding professional associate he had, & how thoroughly impressed I was that she could tackle this issue. Zeus explained all about what T Mobile could offer me…& then followed up with Regina on my phone issue, to make sure everything was in working order. What a team!! They both came together to solve this puzzle, I walked in just to see if by chance they could help me~and now, I will be returning as a new customer. I simply cannot say enough about their outstanding customer service and the twelve star experience I had. I would also like to add, that the other associates all approached me to be of service, too. Very kind. Whatta store!!!
