“I walked into T Mobile on a fluke today with a complicated iPhone issue, & walked out a new customer! I was greeted by all, & was beyond fortunate to have Regina & then Zeus help resolve this issue. Regina listened to my frustration, grasped the issue immediately, & when she told me she could resolve the problem, I almost fell off the chair!!! I could only thank her for her expertise every 7 minutes. Regina resolved the problem that hours at At&T & Cox were unable to solve, & unfortunately they made the problem even worse for me!
What I liked was Regina’s ability to think outside of the box & focus on the issue in a whole new way. I’m still amazed at her willingness to continue to look at different ways to solve this problem, & then get it fixed!!!! WOW!!! I asked to see her manager Zeus, to let him know what an outstanding professional associate he had, & how thoroughly impressed I was that she could tackle this issue. Zeus explained all about what T Mobile could offer me…& then followed up with Regina on my phone issue, to make sure everything was in working order. What a team!! They both came together to solve this puzzle, I walked in just to see if by chance they could help me~and now, I will be returning as a new customer. I simply cannot say enough about their outstanding customer service and the twelve star experience I had. I would also like to add, that the other associates all approached me to be of service, too. Very kind. Whatta store!!!

I recently visited the T-Mobile store at Fashion Square Mall to switch my business phone line starting from AT&T, to CRICKET WITELESS, and now T-MOBILE. I had the pleasure of working with Colton R. (Mobile Expert) and Brandon T. (Retail Store Manager). Despite a few hiccups along the way, both gentlemen provided excellent customer service, showing patience, professionalism, and genuine empathy throughout the process.
Initially, my adopted mother worked with Colton, who mistakenly thought he couldn’t accommodate what we were trying to do—until he realized she had already spoken with T-Mobile’s customer service and confirmed that adding my line was possibl to her particular account. Once that was cleared up, we moved forward, but there were some activation issues with my phone. My adopted mother’s blood sugar was dropping at the time, plus she had to be dropped off at the museum to meet with a friend of hers, across town in Phoenix, making things even more challenging. That’s when Brandon stepped in to assist, troubleshooting the issue and trying multiple SIM cards. He informed me that it might take about 2 hours to activate, but they would continue working to resolve it.
As a private chauffeur running a small but growing luxury transportation business, having my phone down, especially during Barrett-Jackson weekend and with the Waste Management Open approaching, was a major challenge. I had to put the phone issue on hold, take my adopted mother / client to the Phoenix museum without a working phone and then return to the store later to try again. Talk about going back in time before cell phones. It was actually an interesting experience “Going Back In Time” without that technology to assist with navigation & calling back my client to let them know I arrived. Landmarks are still 1 of the Best form of navigation system…Haha! Now back to the T-Mobile store again. Even though Colton and Brandon were very apologetic and empathetic, they still couldn’t pinpoint the problem that evening.
The next morning, I visited another T-Mobile store on Priest and Elliot in Tempe, where Chris L. discovered the root issue—a serial number problem tied to my late mother’s account, which had not been closed out properly. This resulted in a balance remaining on the account, which was preventing my phone from activating. While this was frustrating, I truly appreciate Brandon and Colton for their efforts and their excellent customer service.
Despite the setbacks, their professionalism and willingness to help stood out. If T-Mobile could offer some form of resolution for the loss of business and downtime, I’d be happy to continue working with them. I don’t expect anything extra for nothing—I just want to acknowledge the great service from Brandon and Colton and hopefully turn this experience into a positive. Looking forward to seeing where this business relationship can go!”
“I've been coming to this location for over 11 years. Without fail, their customer service and support have always been on point. They always help me with my plan and equipment when the time arises to renew or update something - and are super patient with me.
I just spent 3 hours there today, got my plan revised, new phone and everything successfully transferred. If I was tech savvy, I probably could have saved them, and myself, loads of time. However, that is not my jam and truly not fair to the equipment that I mangle.
Each time I've been here, the staff makes a very overwhelming process for me super easy. Can't thank y'all enough!! Plus, you save me money every time. XO”
