It is my second time at Greenpaw and my dachsund mix is always a little hesitant with strangers. But Ethel quickly warmed up to the staff here. In less than 2 hours Ethel now has the cutest hair cut and she was happy as a clam. Thank you so much Green Paw! You rock! The gentleman who worked on Ethel is the absolute sweetest man on earth. Definitely a talented groomer and I look forward to bringing Ethel by soon!

Portions are smaller than one might imagine regarding what we ate — Pepperoni Flatbread & Tri-Tip Sandwich — but are by no means modest and leave you satisfied. The food is absolutely delicious, modifiable within reason and well worth the price, just don’t expect to have any leftovers. Service and atmosphere is home-y and personable in a genuinely authentic way — these people are earnestly trying to do a service to their community and it shows. More places would do well to learn from what’s being done here and bring things back to a human level.

A minor note: the cream filling was a bit heavy in the standard croissant, and the rose/matcha croissant could benefit from a touch more sweetness and less cream. Highly recommend visiting this spot!

The Cat Lounge Rescue and Adoption Center
1006 Torrey Pines Rd, La JollaI wish I could give them 10 stars, our entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Nicole helped us when we checked in and with our adoption paperwork and she was so kind and helpful. The cat we ended up with is perfect for us, he’s healthy and happy and we cannot thank The Cat Lounge enough for rescuing our boy and connecting him with us. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a buddy!! ?
