It is my second time at Greenpaw and my dachsund mix is always a little hesitant with strangers. But Ethel quickly warmed up to the staff here. In less than 2 hours Ethel now has the cutest hair cut and she was happy as a clam. Thank you so much Green Paw! You rock! The gentleman who worked on Ethel is the absolute sweetest man on earth. Definitely a talented groomer and I look forward to bringing Ethel by soon!

Forgot how much I enjoy dining here. I scheduled a date to meet my gf here for lunch. When we arrived my tummy didn’t feel right so I just had a little sample of my friend’s Moroccan Chicken. It was yummy delicious! Tender chunks of chicken lathered with creamy mashed potato in tasty gravy. Too bad I was not able to eat. Definitely will be back for their fresh n scrumptious food. Until next time!

My friends wanted to celebrate my bday. They gave me 2 options and this was the place I chose. Loved it: plenty of seating, warm heater, helpful staff and yummy food! Definitely will be back again.

Pricing is better than another local shop I was considering in the SD area. Mike went out of his way to understand my event fully and my cheese/meat preferences. He gave me all the options, even offered exotic meats I would have never considered.
I was so happy with all the options and they did a remarkable job with our charcuterie platters for our non traditional wedding family picnic. (equity note, they had no issue with a same sex event and treated us like they would treat anyone else.)
He offered to deliver the platters to us since we were holding it at the park nearby. Everything arrived beautifully arranged, fresh and beyond my expectations. I fed 25-30 people with 5 trays and one micro green salad for $640. I felt comfortable with the pricing and they were able to accommodate my budget. I laid out my needs upfront, and they met them and exceed the expectations, to a T. I am very happy I chose them as a vendor and they were maybe my favorite vendor to work with because it was so easy. I didn't have to bend over backwards to get in contact with them. Mike did a great job reaching out to me when he needed to.
I really appreciate how kind they are and I can tell they are passionate about their work and do it with love. I can't recommend them enough. You have to try them for your wedding or similar event that needs catered. You will save money and have a better experience here than with someone else.
Didn't have a chance to check out the shop itself, but I did see they have a shop ween on their insta, and as a ween mom, I really love that and it definitely contributes to the family vibe. Will be back to stop in next time I am in town.

7402 La Jolla Blvd, La JollaThis place does something a little unexpected—they offer take-and-bake meals you finish at home. Sounds weird at first, but it’s actually genius. You get restaurant-quality food (think pastas, pizzas, and desserts that are to die for) with barely any effort. Great for hosting, date nights, or when you just don’t feel like fully cooking.
Also, the customer service is top-notch and the La Jolla location is super convenient. 10/10 recommend.

We arrived almost two hours before our reservation, fully expecting to wait, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, seating us after about half an hour. That kind of flexibility and hospitality set an excellent tone for the evening. Our server was friendly, attentive, and genuinely polite, which made the entire meal feel relaxed and welcoming. We started with the ceviche, served with freshly made blue-corn crispy chips, and clearly made in-house. The ceviche leaned heavily on the sour side for our taste, but the tacos more than made up for it, flavorful, well-balanced, and absolutely delicious. Overall, the ambiance at Puesto is warm and inviting, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your time there. Between the accommodating staff, the friendly service, and the vibrant flavors, Puesto La Jolla is a place we'd happily return to.

Ordered the Traditional Benny and subbed out for waffle fries which was a great choice (duh). Also ordered the Seasonal French Toast and it was delicious. I was worried it would be mushy from the sauce but the texture was silky and indulgent. Mmm thick bread! The atmosphere was very open-air and breezy and we didn’t have to wait long for a table. Tough to find parking in this area (especially on the weekends) but just keep driving in loops until someone leaves. If you’re looking for a yummy, filling, pretty brunch spot in La Jolla, pick Cove House! Walk around the cove afterwards to see the marine life and ocean views.
