Taylor was one of the first people to educate me on her needs and spent so much 1on1 time with me fitting her harness, we’ve bought 4 ruffwear harnesses because of him now!! Lynn is also nothing short of wonderful, she remembers my pups name always, and recognizes me by voice. She’s outstanding, offers so much wisdoms without judgement. The store is lucky to have her! I will keep coming back solely for these two. Little expensive but they always have ranges! they have the best return policies and everything there is quality stuff<3 can’t say more amazing things about Lynn + Taylor plus the whole store! ???

He loves going in, greeting everyone and sneaking a treat for himself out of the bulk area! Ha! The staff is superb at educating us on the benefits of raw food and answering any questions customers have about better nutrition options for our pets. This place is the real deal! I am incredibly picky when it comes to getting the best for my dog. And this place is the best! :)

I have an elderly cat with kidney issues and a rescue dog with soundness issues as well as a rare condition that requires a specialized diet. There is always something wrong with these 2 and when it comes to diet, the vets usually steer us towards the medical grade foods which are not seeming to work for them. On more than one occasion, I have had the team at this store offer to research ingredients and manufacturers to help us get the right products. Their recommendations have helped immensely! They never balk at taking extra time with us and I am grateful. For example, I recently bought a new bag of food but my husband said it was the wrong one. He went back to exchange and they reviewed our purchase history and determine it was the right one. When he got home, he said oh it was the right one to which I replied "oh so you just went over there and wasted their time" and he said "yes" lol. Anyhoo, you get what I am saying. This is a great team and I am happy their in our neighborhood!

We’ve been taking our dogs here on a regular basis for a couple of years now and can honestly say our experience is perfection each and every time. Not only are our dogs wonderfully groomed, but they were clearly loved and pampered during their visit at Scruff-to-Fluff. Furthermore, unlike other groomers we’ve used in the past, our dogs are not put in a cage for hours waiting for their turn to be groomed. Rather, they are groomed immediately…and we are called as soon as they’re ready for pickup—-approx. 1.5 to 2 hours later. Of course Scruff-to-Fluff was awarded Best Groomer in Kirkland!!??

Not only can you expect the best Veterinarian care from Kirkland Animal Hospital but you can expect they will do to your pet only what is necessary and not what is profitable. There level of compassion and quality of care has been a blessing for our family pet who was facing eye surgery but because symptoms improved after their treatment protocol we were notified that it would not be necessary. We are so grateful to have Dr. Zarovski and her team on our side. if we should need them again we will not hesitate to use there services and highly recommend this wonderful practice for your pet and peace of mind!

Their friendliness and genuine concern for your call/visit is noteworthy. It would be nice if our human doctors' offices showed the same level of detail and friendliness.

She was wonderful when my boy Tofu came in urgently and was by our side when we made the decision to put him to sleep. Fast forward we were given Lunchbox a Cattle Dog Mix with some behavioral issues so I was a little nervous bringing him to the vet and again Dr. Mangan was incredibly patient with him and even became friends with our new boy!

11416 98th Ave NE Suite 100, KirklandStarted here a little over a year ago when I got my rescue pup. We've gotten her multiple vaccinations, help with her seasonal allergies, and other non-emergency (??) issues so far. My pup hates having people touch her, not just at the vet, and can get very anxious in different situations but they've been super accommodating and very considerate of her. There's been a couple times where she's been super itchy and they've been able to slot us in very quickly with a vet tech for a Cytopoint shot to get her relief. The one time they couldn't fit us in for an issue on very short notice before a vacation, they recommended an urgent care nearby that was also very good.
At this point we've seen a few different vets and a few different vet techs here. All were really great, listened to my concerns, gave great advice with multiple options, accommodated her quirks, and treated her very well. The front desk staff are all super kind and very helpful. Highly recommend Juanita Bay.

Dr. Lester is an exceptional veterinarian blessed with an impressive level of knowledge and skill. He kindly answers all my questions and leaves me well informed and a little smarter after each visit.
I also appreciate Dr. Lester's next day phone call to clearly explain the results of blood tests and the follow up of emailing the results as well. It is reassuring to receive the information so quickly.
Jeany and the other staff members are very welcoming, and each and every tech shows that they have a love of animals. After each visit I tell Wellington and Elliott that they are such lucky boys that we found Dr. Lester and all those who are a part of All About Cats! Thank you!

They have a new, monthly, themed drinks menu with inventive names and yummy ingredients.
Buying a drink at The Coffee Stand means so much more to many people, than buying it at Starbucks down the block!
Not only does The Coffee Stand make great drinks, when you buy here, you are supporting a local business, owned by 2 local families, who hire local people and support our local schools, sports teams and Kirkland community.
