“I had purchased a phone ? online at a great price and brought it in to the River Street T-Mobile* location in Waltham Massachusetts. Upon arriving at the store I was kindly greeted by smiling and attentive associate (assistant manager turned out) she let me know there were a few people in front of me but it wouldn't be too long before I would be "helped"Within 5 minutes of browsing over some new technologies they were promoting I was taken care of by a Sales Tech named Speedy* ....Let me tell you she was very accommodating and generous with her time.Five ?Stars”

“Although I wasn't about to get a phone Justin took great care of me and helped me figure out what to do to fix me account. Hopefully it gets resolved. Brighton location lied basically, Cambridgeside didn't have the phone, not even on display... And Brookline didn't even understand what I was asking for... This was literally my 4th location today and it was in stock then boom. We've been paying for a phone I returned 11 months ago. Crazy. Service was stellar though.”

“I went in to change my service from AT&T. I was welcomed right away by the rep and he talked about all the pricing and products available. After 2 hours, my wife and I left with 2 new phones and a new IPAD before going to T-mobile, I went to xfinity. I was quoted price but I needed information to transfer the lines. When I returned, not only did they not agree to the quote but they accused me of lying. Never again”

“Love the upgraded Xfi modem, even though I nearly locked myself out putting my devices on pause. Til I discovered one I hadn't and was able to enter that one and unlock them all...whew!!! The representative here in Hyde Park was kind enough to allow my Son to pick it up with information she gathered from me. “I visited this location yesterday. Will Jones greeted me and my daughter as we came in. We came to switch our mobile svs to Xfinity. Will was able to help us with a switch and also with setting up my daughter's new phone and trading in the old one.There was another guy who helped us with a screen protector and took our old equipment - but we didn't take his name(((We had a great experience. Saved a lot of money. And we are very happy with the svs so far.I definitely recommend this branch. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They make you feel like home :)”

“1st off - I go here for all my Verizon (826 Providence Hwy. Dedham, MA) needs because they are the best BUT Mike the manager was able to fix a problem with my iPhone that I have spent over 6 hours with others (on the phone) trying to fix. Mike fixed it in about 15mins - he is phenomenal!”

“I worked with Naiad, and she was pleasant from the start. We were able to laugh allot with my time being spent there. She worked hard to fulfill my needs of why I was in that store the other day. She even offered me a chair to sit down, and my reply was "Get that chair away, Im not old and dead yet" lol. She smiled the whole time. This is what customer service is about. And there was another guy there that assisted her and I appreciate him too. Even the assistant manager, I did not get her name, but she was good too. I like this store and the staff is real friendly and cool. I always like coming to this particular location. Thank you to you all. Big Up Naiad!!!!”

“Rarely have I received such fine customer service as I got from Michael at the Chestnut Hill Verizon store. My old phone was worn out, and hard to transfer data from. He took the old and new phones from me curbside, worked on it for as long as it took, and kept me apprised of the progress until it was done.”
