Little Caesars To Implement Pizza Portal For Customer-Friendly Service
May 15, 2018
Little Caesars' restaurants in Utah have begun a new service that lets customers get their food with very little human contact.
It's known as Pizza Portal, which is a heated, self-service mobile order pick-up station. It will be in 55 locations throughout the state.
Restaurant Management Company Sizzling Platter said customers will get their customized, freshly-made products seconds after visiting the store using the mobile order service.
Customers who want to use Pizza Portal must download the company's mobile app. When the order is ready, a notification comes across the app so that customers can pick up their order. To open the door, customers will need to type in their three-digit PIN or scan a QR code. If a problem arises with the Pizza Portal, the store's staff will be on hand to help.
Customers may create any pizza they want or use any of the expanded menu options on the mobile app. Products are prepared with quality ingredients - never frozen, always fresh. The dough is made fresh in the store and sauce comprises of vine-ripened, freshly packed California tomatoes.
