It'll be the restaurant's fifth store in the state. The company is known well for its freshly-made recipes. It's got an extensive atmosphere that will include various Chuy's unique elements such as the hubcap-covered ceiling, Elvis Shrine and the school of hand-carved wooden fish.
Ron Carson is the local owner/operator for the West Chester Chuy's. He said the company was excited to open its doors to the community of West Chester and offer fresh Tex-Mex foods. The company is set to hire at every level - bartenders, bussers, servers, hosts and kitchen staff - in full and part-time positions.
Carson said Chuy's has a reputation for offering great food and excellent service. He said the company wants to hire people who are passionate about food, have a good attitude and want to work.
